Where to find us
HDS Cloud Apps is exhibiting at Hospitality Tech Expo 2026, the UK's leading annual event dedicated to technology and innovation in the hospitality industry. We'll be on the Ergonomic Solutions stand, running our full platform live on MicroTouch hardware — so instead of a slideshow, you'll be able to walk up and actually use it.

HDS Cloud Apps, running on MicroTouch hardware
MicroTouch build some of the sharpest touchscreen POS terminals in the industry, and Ergonomic Solutions design the mounting hardware that puts them exactly where staff need them — countertop, wall-mounted, or on the move. Pairing our software with their hardware means visitors get to see the whole stack working together, not just a demo video of one half of it.
On the stand, you'll be able to get hands-on with:
- EPOS & till point — the core ordering and payment screen, running exactly as it would in a live venue.
- Mobile & kiosk ordering — see how guests order from their phone or a self-serve kiosk, with orders flowing straight through to the till.
- Kitchen display screens — paperless order tickets, timers and prep instructions, replacing the printer.
- Google Gemini AI reporting — ask a plain-English question about sales or margins and get a real answer, live.
Why we chose to show it this way
Most EPOS demos happen on a laptop in a sales deck, or on a device that's never going near a real till point. That's a reasonable way to show off a feature list, but it doesn't tell you much about what actually matters on a Friday night — how the screen holds up under kitchen lighting, whether the touch response feels quick when a queue's building up, or how comfortably the terminal sits on a counter that's already crowded with a card reader and a printer.
Pairing our software with Ergonomic Solutions' mounting hardware and MicroTouch's terminals closes that gap deliberately. You'll see the screen at the angle staff would actually use it, on hardware built for exactly this job rather than a demo laptop propped on a table. It's a small thing, but it's usually the difference between a system that looks good in a pitch and one that actually works well on your floor.
What to bring, and what to ask
The stand works best if you come with specifics rather than general questions. If you already know roughly how many terminals you'd need, how many sites you're running, or which payment provider you're currently with, bring that along — it means the answers you get back are actually about your business, not a generic pitch. Worth trying live on the day: place an order through the till, split a bill across multiple covers, and ask to see a report pulled together in plain English through the Gemini AI integration.
The show floor gets busy, particularly around lunchtime on both days, so if you'd rather guarantee a proper block of time with the team rather than catch us between other conversations, it's worth reaching out in advance through our contact form to arrange a slot.
Why it's worth stopping by
Trade shows are full of glossy screens and rehearsed pitches. This one's a bit more useful than that:
- A hands-on demo, not a slideshow — you'll be driving the till yourself, on real hardware, not watching someone else click through slides.
- Talk to the people who actually built it — no script, no reseller relaying answers back from someone else. If you've got a specific question about your venue, ask it there.
- See the hardware and software together — a good sense of how it'll actually look and feel on your counter, before you commit to anything.
- Bring your real questions — pricing, switching from your current provider, multi-site rollout, integrations — we'll talk through whatever's actually relevant to your business.
Can't make the show?
No problem — the stand is just one way to see it. HDS Cloud Apps offers free demos year-round, online or on-site, so if ExCeL London doesn't work for your diary, you can still get the same hands-on look at the platform whenever suits you.
